
Dar Masr Gardens New Cairo
'Dar Masr Gardens' masterplan is a new sustainable urban complex that will develop in New Cairo 30 Km east of the Egyptian Capital. The new small city will provide different types of housing units and densities offering a vibrant society and an exceptional living experience, as well as benefiting from site accessibility for destination / retail activities along regional roads bordering the site. The Masterplan in its core foundation adopts sustainability principles, including solar energy, recycling and conscious water consumption are applied. Reducing the community's carbon emissions can be made possible by providing on site infrastructure to deal with resources recycling and management.
