The Marina & Hotel on Prvic Island in Croatia are part of a larger general development project for the Island, the location among the Šibenik archipelago makes the island one of the top destinations in Croatian side of the Adriatic Sea.

The Marina and the public facility will enhance the public realm of the Southern coast of the Island, as well as generating a touristic traffic aiming to help grow the economy of the small island. The Hotel & Resort is located east of the new Marina, with a precise orientation towards the open sea, the whole masterplan has been carefully articulated on top of rotated slices of terrain to provide the single temporary residences an increased privacy while enjoying a guaranteed direct sea view from each unit.
